This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Mıhçıoğlu Makine (“Mıhçıoğlu Makine”), in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, “KVKK”).

The following personal data of yours may be processed through our website and our contact/quotation forms:
- Identity information: first name, surname.
- Contact information: telephone number, e-mail address.
- Request/transaction information: message content, service request, company name, budget range.
- Transaction security information: IP address, browser information, cookie records.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Responding to your requests, questions and applications and maintaining communication,
- Preparing quotations and providing services,
- Carrying out contractual processes and fulfilling obligations,
- Improving the website, ensuring its security and statistical analysis,
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation, legitimate interests and, where necessary, your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, strictly limited to the purposes stated above, to legally authorised public institutions, to the hosting, e-mail and infrastructure providers from whom we receive services, and to our business partners, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the limitation periods prescribed in the relevant legislation; when that period expires or the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request its deletion or destruction; to request the restriction of processing; and to request compensation if you suffer damage.
